Welcome! Seeking therapy is no small feat. It takes time, determination, and courage so I admire your strength in taking this first step. I believe that everyone can find a way through life’s challenges if they are given understanding, compassion, and support. Therapy isn’t just for life’s challenges, but a place to better understand yourself and help strengthen connections in all types of relationships.

We are all unique in what support we need to move forward or heal. That’s why I pull from a variety of modalities and tailor them to each individual or couple. I use a humanistic approach to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients which is an essential component to ensuring the success of treatment. My approach includes but is not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.
I have experience working with teens, adults, and couples from a variety of cultural backgrounds. With couples, I utilize modalities including Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman Method to help the relationship flourish.

You will find that I’m very passionate when it comes to helping each client find their truth and a path towards healing. Supporting you in your journey, wherever it leads, would be both a privilege and an honor.
