Silicon Valley Therapy and Marriage Counseling Services Inc. (siliconvalleytherapy.com) is a growing, high-end/boutique counseling experience that is dedicated to providing an exceptional place to work for our therapists and deliver excellent mental health services.
Our team provides incredible clinical support and takes care of all the marketing and business needs, so our therapists get to focus on doing THERAPY, not case management or paperwork! Our caseloads are full and our clients are awesome to work with. We help them overcome numerous mental health-related obstacles while allowing our therapists to choose which therapy theories they want to utilize!
We specialize in couples/marriage counseling and are looking for candidates that are interested in working with couples. There will also be individual, child, and teen clients, however, this position would be expected to maintain a caseload in which a portion is dedicated to working with couples, relationships, and marriages.

Associate Therapist
An Associate Therapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC) is needed, part-time (15 hours/client sessions a week minimum), with the potential to become full-time as your caseload grows (25 hours/client sessions a week). You must currently have a valid BBS Registration within the state of California. Supervision will be provided to associates free of cost, and we will pay you to attend supervision!
Perfect position for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
- Compensation: $42,900-$91,520 ($55 an hour).

Licensed Therapist
A Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Ph.D., PsyD) is needed, part-time (15 hours/client sessions a week minimum), with the potential to become full-time as your caseload grows (25 hours/client sessions a week). You must currently have a valid BBS Registration within the state of California.
Perfect position for a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- Compensation: $58,500-$208,000 ($75-$125 an hour).
