We Are Hiring!
Client Onboarding Specialist
Be the first person someone talks to when they decide to get help. You will be responsible for the client’s journey, from the initial outreach through booking their first session. You will also help maintain an inviting office atmosphere for our clients. Afternoons in our Los Gatos office, Monday through Friday. No mental health background required.
- $24 to $26 per hour, Contingent on prior work responsibilities

Licensed Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Carry a caseload of private-pay clients (15-20 per week) and supervise a pod of up to six associate clinicians: weekly individual supervision, a two-hour group, and sign-off on clinical documentation. BBS supervisor training complete or in progress, with a valid California license in good standing.
Perfect position for a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC).

Associate Therapist
An Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, ACSW, APCC) is needed, part-time (minimum 15 hours/client sessions per week), with the potential to become full-time as your caseload grows. You must currently have a valid BBS Registration within the state of California.
Perfect position for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).

- You have regular evening and weekend availability to see clients.
