Melissa White, MSW, ASW

Whether you’re wanting to improve communication in your relationships, mourning the loss of an important person in your life, struggling with managing stress, overcoming past traumas or searching for fulfillment in your personal and professional life, I provide the compassionate support you deserve.

Since 2015, I have specialized in grief counseling, walking with individuals of all ages as they navigate the complexities of loss. Grief is unique to each person and each loss. That’s why I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and preferences.  I empower my clients to explore their emotions, process their memories, and discover new pathways toward healing and growth.

Besides grief and loss, I also have further experience in supporting young adults in higher education, helping refugees and immigrants in acculturation and learning English, and advocating for those living with disability.

Although it might feel like it, you’re not alone. With the right support by your side, we’ll embark together on a journey of identifying your strengths, cultivating resilience, and creating positive change that lasts.
