Pursuing therapy takes courage and conviction, and I’m so glad you’re here taking the first step
towards living a more fulfilling life.

It is within our relationship that healing occurs, and from the safety of that relationship we will
work together to identify your treatment goals and tailor therapy to your needs.

My Approach

I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults
of all genders and sexual orientations. Each phase of life presents unique challenges and
opportunities for growth that we can explore from the safety of our relationship. I practice a
warm, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and view therapy as a collaborative process.

I believe the most potent therapy is tailored to the individual. Based on your experiences, ways
of learning, and your “why” for seeking therapy, I will incorporate somatic therapies, family
systems, cognitive based tools, and humanistic/existential approaches.

I enjoy and have experience providing therapy for people seeking support with topics such as:
life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression, shame and guilt, relationship issues, and grief. I am
particularly attuned to issues of grief and loss, whether you are dealing with the death of a loved
one, the loss of a job or relationship, or the loss of the life you envisioned for yourself.

I hope to provide a space for you to explore what is holding you back, and to build the tools to
confidently seek a satisfying life.

Education

I completed my masters in social work at the University of Southern California with a focus on
mental health and wellness after completing my undergraduate degree at Stanford University.
