Therapy and mental health services seem to be more accepted and accessible than ever — but taking that leap of faith with a new therapist can be difficult. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning to your therapeutic journey, I’m here for every step of the process.
I’m a firm believer in therapy being a collaborative effort. Meaning we will outline goals, explore various approaches, and determine solutions together. These aspects can be determined by your values, beliefs, and priorities, so that the experience is fully tailored to your needs.
My therapeutic approach primarily operates from Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused, and Person-Centered theories.
My specialties include Asian American and LGBTQIA+ communities; however I strive to provide culturally-mindful services to clients of any and all backgrounds. In addition, I work with couples and families to help improve communication, bridge any gaps in understanding, and lead to a more fulfilling relationship.
As a therapist, it is a privilege to witness and support each client on their journey. Healing, alignment, and change are attainable and it would be my honor to help you achieve your goals.
