Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I founded Silicon Valley Therapy in 2018 to build the kind of practice I would have wanted to be a client of. Clinr focused and staffed by clinicians who take the work seriously. Today I serve as Founder and Owner, and most of my time goes to leading the practice and building the team.

My own training took a longer road than most. I earned my B.A. and M.A. at John F. Kennedy University, then went deeper into existential-humanistic work through the Existential Humanistic Institute. That orientation still shapes how I think about therapy. It assumes the hard questions people bring in are real questions, not just symptoms to manage. Meaning, mortality, freedom, and the weight of choices already made.

I later completed the Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies, along with MAPS’ MDMA Therapy Training Program. I went looking for that training because I kept meeting people whose most significant experiences had happened far outside a therapy office, with no one to help them make sense of it afterward. The experience is rarely the hard part. Integrating it into the life you go back to on Monday is.

The clients I have worked with are usually founders, executives, and high performers who look successful from the outside while quietly dealing with burnout, relationship strain, or the question of whether this is actually what fulfillment looks like. I am honest and direct in sessions. I will name avoidance when I see it, and I do that with respect and curiosity rather than pressure.

I keep a limited caseload now so I can focus on leading the practice. If you think we might be a fit, reach out and we will start with a consultation.
