Together, we will co-create a therapeutic space that feels safe, intentional, and responsive to your unique needs, values, and goals. You lead the way, and I will adapt our work to best support you along your journey.

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Narrative, and Person-Centered frameworks. This allows me to remain flexible and attuned while offering structure and evidence-based tools when helpful. I aim to balance practical strategies with deeper self-exploration, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

I have a particular specialty in working with individuals navigating the Asian American experience, including identity, intergenerational dynamics, and cultural expectations. At the same time, I am committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.

My professional background includes crisis work, trauma-informed care, and working with children, adolescents, and families.
