Areas Of Support

I am dedicated to helping children, families, couples and individuals grow through life’s challenges. My greatest passion lies in working with children—advocating for their emotional well-being and guiding them through their developmental journey with empathy, creativity, and respect.

I specialize in child-centered therapy, creating a safe, nurturing space where children can express themselves freely and build confidence through play and connection. I have experience supporting children with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, bullying, low self-esteem, OCD, and learning differences. Using a strength-based approach, I help children develop self-efficacy and resilience by modeling healthy coping skills and inviting them to explore what works best for them.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, graduating summa cum laude. My education emphasized evidence-based, gold-standard treatment methods, and I tailor each plan to meet the unique needs of every client.

In addition to my work with children and families, I provide counseling support for couples navigating infertility and pregnancy loss. I help partners better understand their communication patterns, differing attachment styles, and emotional needs as they grieve and reconnect. Through empathy and collaboration, I help couples find healing, understanding, and renewed closeness during one of life’s most painful transitions.

My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and grounded in multicultural awareness. I believe that everyone—especially children—deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered to grow. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for healing and self-discovery for every client I meet.
