Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, or a major life transition. I work with adults, couples, families, and teens who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move forward. Many of my clients are balancing the demands of work, family, and everyday life while feeling stretched thin or unsure of what comes next.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and DBT-informed strategies. We’ll start by identifying clear goals and creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs, then build practical skills, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and check in regularly on your progress so therapy stays focused and effective. I work to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered, and I believe therapy can include moments of humor when appropriate.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in commercial real estate and finance, giving me firsthand insight into workplace stress, career transitions, burnout, and the competing demands many professionals and families face. My clinical experience in school-based mental health and integrated healthcare has prepared me to support children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. I work best with clients who are ready to actively engage in therapy and are looking for practical, goal-oriented care. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult season or hoping to create lasting change, I’d be glad to connect.
