One of our friendly administrative staff will talk with you and inquire about your needs to connect you with the best-fit therapist. We will schedule an initial appointment within a few days. We also are happy to offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation.

By having a more extensive staff, we have quite a bit of flexibility when scheduling appointments. We offer appointments on the weekends, evenings, and throughout the day for your convenience. Please let us know your preference, and we will do our best to match it.

We strive to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice. You can contact your therapist directly or call us. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee. We understand that life can throw curveballs, and we’re willing to review individual cases where the fee might be waived.

We work with children ages five and up, teenagers, and adults of all ages. We provide individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, as well as couples therapy.

Rather than using cookie-cutter treatment models, we believe in pulling from all of our knowledge and creating a customized treatment plan that works for you! We also believe in helping our clients address the root cause of the obstacles, not just the symptoms they are currently experiencing.

By having a full team of well-trained therapists on staff, we can connect you with the one that is most appropriate for your particular problem. We regularly work as a team and consult with one another to ensure that our clients are benefiting from multiple therapists while only directly working with one. If needed and requested, you can work with a different therapist without finding an entirely new counseling center. All of our therapists are dedicated to providing the highest level of therapy and creating a personalized therapy experience.

Our therapists help with various mental health or emotional obstacles. Still, we primarily help people with anxiety, depression, and stress-related problems. These include worry, nervousness, panic attacks, social fears/shyness, general feelings of unhappiness, feelings of overwhelm, procrastination or avoidance, trauma-related difficulties, habits or addictions, and relationship problems.

Getting started with therapy should feel clear and supportive—not confusing. While we are not in-network with insurance companies, many of our clients are still able to receive up to 60% reimbursement for our services through their out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to walk you through that process and provide everything you need to submit claims easily.
